NOT INCLUDED – deep based dark paint colours, severe water damage repairs, mold treatments, rising damp issues, heavy structure & plaster cracks, oil or residue in-bedded stains, “white-out” under coats to neutralize current deep, dark based coloured paint or raw untreated unbonded plastered walls, interior doors, door frames, windows, window frames, cabinetry, floors, stairs rails, burglar proofing, iron work or exterior surfaces. Square meters exceeding expected margins.
